Faria R Ibrahim
MBA, CCIM
As the principal and founder of Hudson Edge Real Estate, Faria Rahman Ibrahim has led her company to national status in multiple key markets. From buying and selling single family homes, condominiums, and apartment buildings across the county to prolific real estate investment portfolio positioning in nine states including Florida and Texas, Hudson Edge Real Estate specializes in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management, and disposition of value-add assets in select markets.
In her role as CEO, Faria is responsible for maintaining broker, investor,and client relations. She is integrally involved in market analysis, tracking economic and demographic trends, strategizing asset acquisition,and asset disposition. Faria drives the company’s business development, project and portfolio management, lead sourcing, deal structuring and employee engagement initiatives. She also ensures regulatory oversight and legal compliance across the company’s multiple market sectors.
A resident of New Jersey, she received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, followed by her Master’s in Business Administration and Finance at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a day-trader for Standard and Poor’s 500 index funds. Faria also has a background in fashion marketing management and is the co-founder of Elan Rose Boutique Inc. In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member, she is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers. In recent years, Hudson Edge Real Estate has focused on dynamic portfolio expansion in the retail and industrial sectors. Faria’s investing and restructuring expertise, combined with her innovative ideas, have turned non-performing and underperforming assets into highly profitable enterprises.
Faria’s business acumen is inextricably linked to her personal philosophy: “We rise by raising others.” She is known among her colleagues, personal, and professional communities for bringing out the best in other people, like her talent and instinct for maximizing under-performed assets to their highest and best use.


Shay Yakobovich
Shay Yakobovich is the founder and principal of Luxe Holdings Group, a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring, repositioning, stabilizing, and selling value-add residential and commercial properties. Luxe Holdings operates in key markets across Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, and Florida, where the firm has successfully completed transactions worth tens of millions of dollars. This track record reflects the company’s strategic growth and ability to navigate diverse real estate landscapes.
Shay began his career while still a college student, focusing on residential properties. His early experience set the foundation for his expertise in managing a diverse portfolio that includes residential, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. Central to Shay’s approach is a commitment to building strong, long-term relationships with tenants, investors, and partners. His focus on transparency and honesty has been instrumental in creating trust and ensuring hassle-free transactions that benefit all parties involved.

John Brinkos
John Brinkos is the founder of Brinkos Capital Partners, a Virginia-based real estate investment firm specializing in maximizing the potential of residential and industrial properties. After a 28-year career in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear plant operator, John retired in 2017 and transitioned full-time into real estate, initially focusing on single-family homes before expanding to multi-family investments. Brinkos Capital Partners was established to focus on repositioning mobile home parks and industrial assets.
John brings the discipline, work ethic, and attention to detail honed during his Navy career to deliver exceptional results for investors and tenants alike. His leadership emphasizes operational efficiency, ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards while creating value for all stakeholders. Through his firm, John remains committed to transforming properties into thriving assets that benefit investors, tenants, and communities.

Bea Ramos
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Bea Clare Ramos serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Hudson Edge Real Estate, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality management, and casino marketing. A consistent dean’s lister at Cavite State University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Resort Management, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.
In addition to her executive support role, Bea oversees Hudson Edge Real Estate’s digital marketing strategies, social media engagement, and lead sourcing initiatives. Her extensive background in client relations and marketing allows her to drive effective promotions and enhance the company’s online presence. Bea’s expertise and commitment play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth and success.

Daisy Pacheco
Acquisition Manager
Daisy brings 18 years of U.S. Army experience, specializing in medical and logistical operations, where she developed exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. After returning from overseas, she founded an international logistics company, achieving an impressive 50% growth within three years. Her military discipline and operational expertise laid the foundation for her successful transition to entrepreneurship.
In 2019, Daisy entered the real estate industry, assembling a dynamic team to help investors acquire residential properties. Now at Hudson Edge, she focuses on commercial real estate, leveraging her logistics background and real estate acumen to create high-equity opportunities. Daisy’s commitment to delivering value and her ability to apply strategic thinking ensure that she continues to drive success for both investors and stakeholders.

Alex Rivera
Lead Underwriter
Alexander Rivera is a seasoned professional with expertise in HVAC engineering, property management, project management, government contracting, and real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, and value-add asset disposition. His career began as a certified credit repair specialist, which led to his entry into residential real estate and helped him build a solid foundation in deal structuring, property acquisition, and rehabilitation.
Currently, Alexander serves as the Lead Underwriter at Hudson Edge Real Estate LLC, where he identifies and evaluates commercial real estate opportunities, conducts detailed market analyses, and negotiates strategic deals. His role is instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. As a Section 8 landlord in Philadelphia, PA, Alexander brings a unique perspective, blending his extensive expertise and passion for real estate to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.

Danny Warren
Acquisition Manager
Danny Warren grew up in a small rural town in Utah, just west of the Great Salt Lake, where he developed strong values of family and community. Married to his wife, Amber, for 19 years, Danny is a proud father of three boys and an avid sports enthusiast. He has coached his sons in baseball, basketball, and football and currently serves as the head coach of the local high school baseball team and the defensive coordinator for the football team, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
Professionally, Danny managed his own insurance business for 16 years, building expertise in customer service, business management, and relationship building. Now a Project Manager at Hudson Edge LLC, Danny oversees commercial real estate acquisitions and strategic growth. His adaptability and determination have fueled his success in this new venture, where he combines his leadership skills and business acumen to drive results.

Mayaan Benseev
Acquisition Manager
Mayaan Benseev is the founder of Oceans' Investors Group, a New Jersey-based real estate investment company. With over 16 years of experience in finance, she has provided critical support to property management companies through her expertise and exceptional organizational skills. Since earning her real estate license in 2017, Mayaan has successfully assisted families and investors in buying and selling properties throughout New Jersey.
Currently serving as the Acquisitions Manager at Hudson Edge Real Estate, Mayaan specializes in sourcing lucrative investment deals, conducting in-depth market analyses, negotiating favorable terms, and finalizing contracts. Her extensive experience in both real estate and finance ensures she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth and success.

Thomas Saffioti
Director of Construction
Tom is the Director of Construction at Hudson Edge.
For over 47 years, Tom has held the positions of CEO/Owner, as well as Vice President, Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, Owners’ Representative, Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, millworker and subcontractor.
He has “hands’ on” experience in most every trade in the industry.
Tom's construction management experience helps owners/clients/tenants turn visions into reality. He has worked side by side with many notable architects, structural, civil and mechanical engineering firms on some of the finest luxury residences, restaurants, retail stores, malls, casinos, stadiums, hospitality, office fit outs, industrial spaces, food industry, educational.
Tom has always worked hard to ensure that all client expectations are exceeded and projects are successful.
Tom’s interest in construction began at a young age. His Dad was a hard working general contractor who specialized in custom home building.
He provides construction costs in “real time” for all prospective investments as well as advising on all construction related legal, scheduling, budgeting and code official/engineering & design team interactions.
When Tom isn’t working he can be found fishing, cooking or cheering on his favorite sports teams, the NY Yankees, NY (NJ, really) Giants and the NJ Devils.
He and his wife, Joanne and their three sons also enjoy traveling together.
