Faria R Ibrahim, MBA, CCIM

As the principal and founder of Hudson Edge Real Estate, Faria Rahman Ibrahim has led her company to national status in multiple key markets. From buying and selling single family homes, condominiums, and apartment buildings across the county to prolific real estate investment portfolio positioning in nine states including Florida and Texas, Hudson Edge Real Estate specializes in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management, and disposition of value-add assets in select markets.

In her role as CEO, Faria is responsible for maintaining broker, investor,and client relations. She is integrally involved in market analysis, tracking economic and demographic trends, strategizing asset acquisition,and asset disposition. Faria drives the company’s business development, project and portfolio management, lead sourcing, deal structuring and employee engagement initiatives. She also ensures regulatory oversight and legal compliance across the company’s multiple market sectors.

A resident of New Jersey, she received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, followed by her Master’s in Business Administration and Finance at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a day-trader for Standard and Poor’s 500 index funds. Faria also has a background in fashion marketing management and is the co-founder of Elan Rose Boutique Inc. In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member, she is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers. In recent years, Hudson Edge Real Estate has focused on dynamic portfolio expansion in the retail and industrial sectors. Faria’s investing and restructuring expertise, combined with her innovative ideas, have turned non-performing and underperforming assets into highly profitable enterprises.

Faria’s business acumen is inextricably linked to her personal philosophy: “We rise by raising others.” She is known among her colleagues, personal, and professional communities for bringing out the best in other people, like her talent and instinct for maximizing under-performed assets to their highest and best use.

SHAY YAKOBOVICH

Shay Yakobovich

Shay Yakobovich is the founder and principal of Luxe Holdings Group, a real estate investment company that specializes in locating value-add assets, or ‘diamonds in the rough,’ analyzing, acquiring, repositioning, stabilizing and disposing of residential and commercial properties throughout Florida and in other select markets.

Born and raised in Israel, Shay started his career in real estate investments while he was still a college student. After moving to the United States, he focused full-time on building and managing his real estate portfolio in diversified asset categories which include, but are not limited to residential, retail and industrial. Shay has extensive investment knowledge and experience from managing large portfolios of properties. This experience coupled with his vast network of Regional and National tenants make him an expert in force-appreciating distressed or depressed market assets via strategic lease negotiation and marketing.

Shay is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and is an active member of ICSC and the real estate divisions of the Jewish federation of Broward County.

John Brinkos

John Brinkos is the founder of Brinkos Capital Partners, a privately owned real estate investment group based in Virginia. The firm specializes in bringing residential and industrial properties to their full market potential by increasing operating efficiencies and maximizing income.

John started his investment career while serving in the US Navy for 28 years and after retiring from the Navy in 2017 he devoted his full-time effort to real estate investment. He started his real estate career investing in single family homes and quickly moved into multi-family investment. He formed Brinkos Capital Partners to focus on acquiring and repositioning mobile home parks and industrial properties.

John brings his work ethic, dedication and attention to detail from his service in the Navy as a nuclear plant operator to his real estate investing team to make sure their investors and tenants are provided exceptional service.

Bea Ramos

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Bea Clare Ramos serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Hudson Edge Real Estate. Her work experience includes customer service, client relations, hospitality management and casino marketing.

She was a consistent dean’s lister in Cavite State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Resort Management. With her extensive experience in client relation and marketing, Bea is overseeing digital marketing and promotions, social media relations and lead sourcing for Hudson Edge Real Estate’s portfolio.

Introducing Serik Baimoldayev, a visionary trailblazer with a global perspective and an unwavering commitment to reshaping the real estate landscape. Hailing from Kazakhstan, Serik's journey is a testament to the transformative power of ambition and resilience.

Armed with a degree in oil and gas refining, Serik ventured to the United States in 2012, propelled by the pursuit of the American dream. The vibrant streets of New York became the canvas for Serik's entrepreneurial endeavors, starting with the successful management of a taxi service. This experience laid the groundwork for the establishment of his moving and storage company (SEKA Moving), venture that swiftly grew from local roots to a nationwide phenomenon.

Under Serik's leadership, the moving and storage business achieved remarkable milestones, becoming the fastest-growing American company with over $13 million in sales and a dedicated team of over 200 professionals. This success story is a testament to Serik's strategic vision and ability to navigate the complexities of business with precision.

In 2021, Serik embraced a new challenge and transitioned to commercial real estate. Joining Hudson Edge Real Estate to focus on Business Development, he specializes in identifying lucrative deals, executing strategic investments, and raising capital from both American and international investors. Serik's role is not just a profession; it's a passion for creating opportunities, fostering growth, and leaving a lasting impact on the real estate landscape.

Mayaan Benseev, Acquisition Manager

Acquisition Manager

Mayaan Benseev is the founder of Oceans' Investors Group, a real estate invetsment company located in New Jersey. With over 16 years of finance experience, Mayaan has facilitated several property management companies in their day-to-day operations, utilizing her in-depth knowledge and thorough organizational skills.

In 2017, Mayaan obtained her real estate license. She began helping both families and investors purchase and sell various types of properties, including homes and investment properties, throughout New Jersey.

Mayaan has joined Hudson Edge Real Estate as an Acquisitions Manager. Her responsibilities include finding and researching prospective investments deals, performing market analysis, negotiating purchase terms, writing up contracts, and implementing and finalizing deals. Her abundance of experience in real estate and finance makes her a great asset to the company.

Daisy Pacheco

Acquisition Manager

Daisy's 18-year tenure in the U.S. Army, combined with her extensive experience in the medical and logistical fields, has honed her skills in problem-solving and leadership. Driven by a deep-seated commitment to service, Daisy has always been a creative force in both her professional and personal life.

Upon returning from overseas, Daisy transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching an international logistics company that she successfully grew by 50% within three years. Her passion for helping others led her to pivot into the real estate sector in 2019, where she began assisting investors acquire residential properties. She quickly built a strong team of acquisition and transitional managers, scaling the business and enabling her to tackle complex real estate challenges.

Recognizing shifts in the market, Daisy made a strategic move into commercial real estate, bringing her extensive skills and experience to Hudson Edge. Her focus is on creating high-equity opportunities that provide substantial value to her clients, leveraging her unique blend of military discipline, logistical expertise, and real estate acumen.

His career embarked with a meticulous approach, obtaining certification as a credit repair specialist. Leveraging enhanced credit availability, he strategically entered the residential real estate market, progressively expanding his expertise.

From an initial role in assisting realtors and investors in structuring advantageous deals for buyers and sellers, to managing the intricacies of property acquisition and rehabilitation, his journey has been marked by diverse experiences. Dedicated to fostering win-win scenarios for all parties involved in real estate transactions.

Presently, Alexander Rivera serves as the Lead Underwriter at Hudson Edge Real Estate LLC. In this pivotal role, he orchestrates the identification and acquisition of commercial real estate assets. His responsibilities extend to conducting thorough market analyses, evaluating investment opportunities, and negotiating deals that align with strategic objectives.

As a Section 8 landlord in Philadelphia, PA, Alexander brings a unique perspective to the table, complementing the dynamic team at Hudson Edge Real Estate. His current focus involves navigating the complexities of commercial real estate, contributing to the growth and success of the esteemed clientele.

Danny Warren

Acquisition Manager
Danny Warren was born and raised in a small rural town in Utah, located about 30 miles west of the majestic Great Salt Lake. Growing up in this close-knit community, he developed a strong sense of family and camaraderie that would shape his values and aspirations. Danny has been happily married to his wife, Amber, for 19 years. Together, they have built a loving home filled with the energy and enthusiasm of their three active boys. Danny's passion for sports runs deep, and he has embraced the role of both father and coach. He has had the privilege of coaching his sons in various sports, including baseball, basketball, and football, where he has not only imparted skills but also witnessed their growth and development as athletes and individuals.
Currently, Danny serves as the head coach of the local high school baseball team, where his dedication to the sport and his players shines through. His leadership extends to his role as the defensive coordinator for the high school football team, where he continues to inspire young athletes to excel on and off the field. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, values that resonate with both players and their families.
Danny's professional life has been equally dynamic. For 16 years, he successfully owned and managed his own insurance book of business, where he honed invaluable skills in customer service, business management, and relationship building. This experience laid a solid foundation for his professional acumen and leadership qualities. Danny is currently taken on the role of project manager for Hudson Edge LLC, where he oversees various projects within the commercial real estate sector, focusing on acquisitions and strategic growth. In the past year, Danny has ventured into the world of commercial real estate, focusing on acquisitions. This new chapter has allowed him to leverage his business expertise while exploring opportunities in a different sector. His determination and adaptability have made him a promising player in this field, and he continues to pursue his passions with vigor.
