Faria Rahman Ibrahim, MBA
As the principal and founder of Hudson Edge Real Estate, Faria Rahman Ibrahim has led her company to national status in multiple key markets. From buying and selling single family homes, condominiums, and apartment buildings across the county to prolific real estate investment portfolio positioning in six states including Florida and Texas, Hudson Edge Real Estate specializes in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management, and disposition of value-add assets in select markets.
In her role as CEO, Faria is responsible for maintaining broker, investor,and client relations. She is integrally involved in market analysis, tracking economic and demographic trends, strategizing asset acquisition,and asset disposition. Faria drives the company’s business development, project and portfolio management, lead sourcing, deal structuring and employee engagement initiatives. She also ensures regulatory oversight and legal compliance across the company’s multiple market sectors.
A resident of New Jersey, she received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, followed by her Master’s in Business Administration and Finance at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to her career in real estate, she was a day-trader for Standard and Poor’s 500 index funds. Faria also has a background in fashion marketing management and is the co-founder of Elan Rose Boutique Inc. In addition to serving as an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers, she is currently pursuing her CCIM designation. In recent years, Hudson Edge Real Estate has focused on dynamic portfolio expansion in the retail and industrial sectors. Faria’s investing and restructuring expertise, combined with her innovative ideas, have turned non-performing and underperforming assets into highly profitable enterprises.
Faria’s business acumen is inextricably linked to her personal philosophy: “We rise by raising others.” She is known among her colleagues, personal, and professional communities for bringing out the best in other people, like her talent and instinct for maximizing under-performed assets to their highest and best use.
Shay Yakobovich is the founder and principal of Luxe Holdings Group, a real estate investment company that specializes in locating value-add assets, or ‘diamonds in the rough,’ analyzing, acquiring, repositioning, stabilizing and disposing of residential and commercial properties throughout Florida and in other select markets.
Born and raised in Israel, Shay started his career in real estate investments while he was still a college student. After moving to the United States, he focused full-time on building and managing his real estate portfolio in diversified asset categories which include, but are not limited to residential, retail and industrial. Shay has extensive investment knowledge and experience from managing large portfolios of properties. This experience coupled with his vast network of Regional and National tenants make him an expert in force-appreciating distressed or depressed market assets via strategic lease negotiation and marketing.
Shay is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and is an active member of ICSC and the real estate divisions of the Jewish federation of Broward County.
Bea Clare Ramos
Bea Clare Ramos serves as an off-shore Media Marketing Coordinator and Lead Generation Manager for Hudson Edge Real Estate. Her work experience includes customer service, client relations, hospitality management and casino marketing. She was a consistent dean’s lister in Cavite State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Resort Management. With her extensive experience in client relation and marketing, Bea is overseeing digital marketing and promotions, social media relations and lead sourcing for Hudson Edge Real Estate’s portfolio.
Mike Lee, CPA
Michael Lee, CPA, is the financial consultant for Hudson Edge Real Estate. He brings more than 35 years of experience in diverse tax, financial, and business consulting. He graduated with honors from Kent State University and is on the Kent State Accounting advisory board, and the board of the International Institute. Mr. Lee’s expertise came from working for 15 years in the world’s third-largest accounting firm which included tours of duty in the London, England and Los Angeles offices. He then spent more than ten years of being the Tax partner of the largest regional firm in the Midwest overseeing a tax practice of over 75 individuals. Together with the group of professionals from the said firm in year 2006, they formed Crown Pointe Financial Services, a boutique tax firm that specializes in real estate. He has had numerous articles published in such periodicals as the Journal of Taxation. He has also spoken at numerous conferences on the topic of Real Estate Taxation. The most recent is at the University of Akron’s annual tax seminar.
Mayaan Benseev, Acquisition Manager
Mayaan Benseev is the founder of Oceans' Investors Group, a real estate invetsment company located in New Jersey. With over 16 years of finance experience, Mayaan has facilitated several property management companies in their day-to-day operations, utilizing her in-depth knowledge and thorough organizational skills.
In 2017, Mayaan obtained her real estate license. She began helping both families and investors purchase and sell various types of properties, including homes and investment properties, throughout New Jersey.
Mayaan has joined Hudson Edge Real Estate as an Acquisitions Manager. Her responsibilities include finding and researching prospective investments deals, performing market analysis, negotiating purchase terms, writing up contracts, and implementing and finalizing deals. Her abundance of experience in real estate and finance makes her a great asset to the company.
Michael Kossak, Acquisition Manager
Michael Kossak works with Hudson Edge Real Estate LLC as an Acquisitions Manager. He brings to the team a strong background in capital markets and excels in both the analytical and business-development aspects of the commercial real estate business. Michael specializes in the acquisition of industrial properties in the Northeast and other areas throughout the US.
Michael works on a highly personable level, utilizing his ability in growing relationships to build upon a growing line of business in the local and national marketplace. His investment real estate career began in 2015 as a sales associate with a regional brokerage selling all types of investment properties in Northern New Jersey, and was promoted to VP.
