Faria Rahman Ibrahim is the President and CEO of Hudson Edge Real Estate, a privately held real estate investment firm based in New Rochelle, New York. As the firm's principal, she directs its acquisition, redevelopment and asset-management work, with a disciplined focus on identifying overlooked opportunities and repositioning underperforming properties into resilient, income-producing investments.

Since entering real estate full-time in 2014, she has built and led a diversified portfolio of multifamily, retail and industrial assets across more than nine states — completing more than $100 million in commercial transactions, acquiring and managing over 200 multifamily units, and overseeing nearly one million square feet of retail and industrial property. Her approach combines entrepreneurial agility with institutional discipline: prudent underwriting, operational execution and a long-term view of capital preservation and growth.

Faria was named Emerging Developer of the Year at the 2025 RED Awards and again at the RED Global Awards 2026, presented by Forbes Romania, where she was recognized among global real estate leaders in Bucharest and featured on the cover of Forbes Romania.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, is a CCIM designee, and is an active member of ICSC.
